  4. i am donating a load of straw to @sunkfarmer may need immediate forage appeal for evacuated cattle collection point Sedgemoor market junction 24 m5 any one donate a lorry to transport to this area. following on twitter and farmers are having to slaughter cattle as they have no feed bedding or place to re home cattle etc any help any one can send these people would sure be appreciated a flooded house is one thing but 100s cattle are one big head ach as even fields are all under water.
  5. i find most ratchets removed from my curtains but just use big bale twine thread through the holes where ratchets were it lasts a year and rarely breaks if tied down tight.
  6. try lorry curtains as above we use second hand 40 ft trailer ideal for tate boxes some times they are swapped because of printed name i give my local man £10 each for his good ones. yes water sits on top but washes off side when peeling back to un cover boxes. if they only last a year they are cheap.

    had machine two years now took over 3000 on them last month. but think for seasonal use the Barclay phone ping it might be the way to go
  11. jf trailer was behind tractor full then tow chipper may be legal but only for agricultural / forestry use not tree surgery
  12. the dolly must be fixed ie bolt through release handle to make it one trailer to tow full
  13. agricultural tractor can tow two trailers as long as second one is empty all lights working. some tow a van behind lime spreaders etc but on a rigid a frame

  17. boxes better for stacking , drying and loading if you have a rotator on loader you don't need to keep getting on and off putting loops on tines or slipped pallets on top of bags after seasoning .

  20. were the bags weighed soon after cutting or a year later after 20% moisture loss
  21. another good use is mulch round new rows of hedge plants etc about 4 inches deep
