  1. I like it very good.....
  2. Bookkeeper is unnecessary I think stephen, unless your doing business on a very large scale there's nothing they can do that you and I can't well thats the way I see it.
  3. I see quick books is very popular in the states. The beauty of a web based system as far as I can see is that you can access it anywhere. And the is also an app for android and iPhone with xero that let's you do on site receipts or quotes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I would say it's more pride that would stop someone from lowering there price. That old attitude "I won't work for that", the fact is there is plenty of men would, and that's why people will always get undercut no matter what. Some people have ideas above there station and think that unless they can get £200 a day a man then the jobs not worth doing. Sometimes in life you just have to accept that taking less is just the way it is it's either that or sit at home. Am not saying work for nothing am saying a little less is better than nowt.
  5. What is the most popular accountancy system in the arb community, are we using books, spreadsheets or the likes of sage? does anyone use any of the the web based accountancy systems out there? Found which in think is the best for value for money and for use by linking banks to it, and by having very straight forward use. Online Accounting Software. Free Trial, Free Support | Xero Am just interested to see what is the the most popular in the real world and how much money on average do you spend a year on bookkeeping.
  6. That's my set up in my cave, was going to get the misses in her thong and topless, but she says she we wait till she gets her hair done. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I was in north Kensington on Friday and saw south Wales arborists. Is the any members on here just thought they where well out of there way being in west London at 8.00am on a friday morning.
  9. Boys it's like everything in life some people would agree others wouldn't when it comes to chipping and remapping. Am sure you have heard the saying a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, that's what I find when it comes to the camp that's says DON'T DO IT YOU WILL WRECK YOUR ENGINE. I personally feel keeping the engine standard and revving the tits of everywhere you go, you would have more chance doing damage.
  10. In a dishwasher i would looking for speed and care of my dishes, so i would go for an Eastern European model but there is strong competition form the far east as far Thailand's concerned. All joking aside i have a smeg and it seems to clean the dishes when it wants and other times not so good. All depends what way you stack the dishes i think.
  11. My all time favourite films are, Freddy got fingered, one flew over the cuckoo's nest, goodfella's, leon, taken, bourn trilogy, godfather trilogy. On a slightly different note best drama's on tv. Dexter prison break 24 lost spooks
  12. I would agree with you, best of all if money wasn't a problem get somebody to do the lot at once. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Keep with regular servicing and there won't be any problems and always make sure you use good spec oil. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Had my previous 2005 A4 1.9 130BHP sport done and he mapped it to 164BHP, now i have a 170BHP s line and it is upped to 205BHP both where avants not that that makes any difference. Those VAG engines really improve with a map especially the torque that's what we are all after. When they are remapped they will pull from under 2000RPM in any gear that's what you are looking for BHP figures isn't the be all and end. 256 pound foot of torque and increased by 75 when chipped. Thats the 170BHP will look out my paperwork for my previous car and see what the torque figures are. Get it remapped, get addicted to the acceleration, get the points, be warned it's just to easy.
  15. They have always tested trailer sockets on towbars in Northern Ireland, this is because there is only testing stations here you can't mot at a local garage. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I would like to see the proof of this, how ever on earth would they test it as torque tronix remap doesn't show on a dealers software. That sounds to me like pub talk but I would like to be proved different. I have my Audi A4 done and it makes a great difference. Had a quick look on the net and can't find no official change to the law regarding remapping and MOTS. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I had my shogun done and it is nite and day to a standard one now. Just one thing to watch out for anyone that gets there wheels serviced at there dealer. Make sure they never plug it in to there laptops and update ECU fireware as this will wipe your remap. My mates rodeo got wiped at it's 3rd service and there's not much you can do about it. Luckily he got it remapped again for free when he explained. I wouldn't be spending anymore £300 on a remap as £250 is norm over her in northern ireland. I have my car done as well and torque tronix puts her on the rolling road aswell for that with a printout. Am not sure wither he would accept an ECU in post and return it, could ask him for anyone who would be interested. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Knew it would happen...only a matter of time and to think people are trying to sell second hand ones for £400! iPad 1 - 16GB WiFi - £329 (Refurb available for £289) - Apple Store UK - HotUKDeals
  19. Sorry Steve am using iPhone 3G,taptalk works a treat and is far better than trying to view using safari.
  20. Yes your just rite no need to panic when the wheels are still turning. My shoguns inner cv joint is knocking it's head off I will get one "sometime":thumbup1:
  21. It's 100% the pressure plate drive it on it will be grand until it goes completely.
  22. Has anyone read The Heritage trees of Britain & northern Ireland. Only got it last night and seems a good read the pictures in it are stunning. I would says it's a must get for the book lovers in the arb community.
  23. Let's get something straight here you call it interfere I call it putting a point across, it's not Ebay it's arbtalk it seems you don't like the talking bit. And I don't look at a post and wonder what situation the persons in that wrote it. I respond with what I read sorry for not taking into account the authors feeling or situation. Don't think you have this forum thing quite worked out. You say you don't want a cat fight well why even reply, if you think your so rite and am wrong, rise above it! It's you that used words like "sour", I never felt I was being that. Well anyway that's all I have to say and by the way good luck in selling your stumpgrinder.
  24. Sour comments don't see how that figures. I was making a point and if you don't like what other people have to say about your ideas of selling things, don't post it on a public forum.
  25. No harm to you mate but your like the rest of them on here that comes away with statements like that , your a bit on the narrow minded side. Like i said before when a comment like this pops up, there wouldn't be anybody in England that that would steal anything would there be. They would have to be Irish those good law abiding English gypsy's wouldn't take anything nor would any lowlife scum bags that are out on the prowl at night. You need to pull your head out of your hole. People seem to think they can say what they want about so called Gypsy's and the Irish you wouldn't feel as lax to talk about Blacks or Asians so what makes it so rite to talk about any other race of people. You should remember or even think for minute who may be reading these threads but then you probably think all Gypsy's especially Irish one's couldn't read, don't be so sure comments like that could get you into trouble.
