I owe about £15,000 thats breaks down into finance for my mini digger and my transit tipper, a small overdraft and my credit card all of which i am paying off and hopefully will eventually be debt free. I only have these debts like most of you becasue i was building my company into a position i could take on more work and survive in the competitive market. Even though i am in debt i have never been happier!!

  9. i found when i advertised on yell.com that i was bothered with thsi kinda stuff as its easy for them to go on the net and work through the numbers now i dont use yell.com i never get the hassle!!
  10. In lot of instances i am getting paid to take the hardwood down or getting it off my friend the tree surgeon so the economics are alot different. I dont know why its so bad to buy in hardwood but even birch which seems to grow like a weed it hard to get your hands on!!

  19. I know all them folk!! I am in the fire brigade with the craw and he worked for my granda as a slater! I get all my blacksmith done by the chipper loons. I also rent some of my yard to willie murdoch to keep his firewood for his own fire he is not a rival!! I think this thread has moved awa from the original title!!

  23. I have an account of google places and it works fine. The trouble i have is when i put google maps on my website to show where i am goole shows me 30 miles away from where i actually am!!!
  24. The transit can weight 3.5 ton maximum loaded with you tools and chips passenger or what ever. you can have a gross train weight of a maximum of 5.5 ton which includes the trailer and load. the max the truck can weigh is 3.5 the max altogether you can weight with a trailer is 5.5.
