  6. [ QUOTE=Mike Dempsey;1188607]Isnt that criminal damage if they don't own the tree. The tree surgeon should never have touched it. My thoughts also
  7. Been in tree work since I left school! Went to myerscough college for my nd! Worked for company's here and overseas but went on my own just over two years ago! Starting to get busier now! Just working on my advertising etc
  8. Still busy at the min, but just noticed this week it's been steady! I start panicking and then when it rings too much I start panicking!! Lol

  13. Well it was more of a case of "the neighbours are complaining what can we do to keep them happy!!" Sort of question
  14. Def something to look into I think! I've got a ford ranger factory built tipper but on bigger jobs you soon fill it, I was felling a few trees on an industrial park the other week and had to tip off 5 times 3 mile down road, so it soon eats up your time and diesel!!
  15. Think I might look into grass cutting next summer! It's just knowing to how to price it!
  16. [ATTACH]167496[/ATTACH. Leaning willow take down over old pond and BT wires! Cool root system though!!
  17. For example- the other week I was asked to come look at an oak for the Methodist church which the neighbours had complained about as it had some long lateral limbs growing over there property, so I suggested reduce back the limbs to suitable growth points and a good crown clean, I wrote this up in an e mail along with my quote! I'm sure I don't need the insurance for this sort of situation!
  18. I'm same as you really, I subby during week about 3 - 4 days then a couple for myself, want to to go full time for myself really! I'm lucky I saved from an urly age and grafted every chance I got, which meant I could buy my gear without finance!!
  19. Nice clean site, the main thing IMO is that they are smart phone compatable which yours is by the looks
  20. Surely if your just giving advice, and not guaranteeing the overall future of the tree, I mean I give advice every time I price a job! Didn't think you had to have ID insurance
  21. See how high the bids can go lol
  22. http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&alt=web&id=281473643577 this one?
