  1. i always try to get a good quality washer under both sides if its going to a high torque i try and get hardened washers or verbs washers ,cat do good quality fasteners so do peiner
  2. the 3 cylinder ones i think were the very first ones years ago it was the only thing that was wrong with the 2cx
  3. if its the one with the 3 cyl perkins in it avoid it the rest of the machine wasn't bad but the engine was woeful shook like a shi**ing dog

  10. ok chaps i have been getting large white mushrooms growing in beside my chickens i think they are edible but i want to make double sure can any body id it please
  11. we are just about to start burning it this year as hardwood is getting very thin on the ground it splits excellent and is very easy to light as when splitting it sort of tears

  14. that looks just the ticket do you get any mould growth in the bottom?i was thinking using the ibc cage with a 1 cube vented bag inside but getting the stuff back out would be a pita me thinks

  16. a few years ago we pulled out loads of racking in a whisky distillery storage shed at one end there was a fire door at the other end there was a garage door and the shed was huge we had a 13t excavator working 12 hours a day in it with no fan and the only issue was dust

  19. no its a front loader i am having a serious think about this as the chip we produce has very little value to us we don't produce enough to keep it for biomass and we don't have enough storage or loading facilities

  21. what got me thinking was we have recently got a new 40kw eta boiler fitted and we have a chipper but wood chip isn't particularly good as a fuel for the style of our boiler as its for logs so it got me thinking about chunkers open the door and toss a bag or 2 into the fire hey presto a low value fuel turned into heat it also is easy to stack bags and i am presuming it would dry quite quirky as chunks have a good amount of surface area any thoughts or am i of a mile

  23. make sure the exhaust gaskets etc are ok no exhaust leaks as on air cooled engine it can be terminal blowing onto the pots
  24. the piston and barrel are out of it i will take a picture as i think the wrong pistons been fitted
  25. looking for a piston and rings and crank seals for an old 42 theres a meteor piston on ebay its 42 mm but we are unsure which one it will be open skirt or closed skirt any pointers chaps cheers
