    ms150

our old makitas are finally on the shelf and we bought a couple of ms150 saws to replace them they seem very well built and are lighter than the makita with more power the only thing that I've noticed is they aren't as frugal on fuel as our old makitas but you don't get more power for nothing early days but I'm impressed so far:thumbup:

  11. it might be an LS type system block it off completely and let it relieve itself thru service line reliefs
  12. i would look about for a plate on the valve block and try and cross-reference it with another type of machine theres bound to be another manufacturer that would use the same valve block or substitute parts from a different valve into the case a bit of ingenious bodging might be required

  23. they were getting dragged out with an excavator we have both 230 and 3410 th makita saws the 230 are ok for very lite pruning and fantastic for connie bashing the bigger makita was as flat as a fart wish we had spent that bit extra and gone husky or stihl yesterday i ordered 2 ms150 as the little makitas are getting on for 4yr old and are getting worn
  24. its a pity you couldn't get carbide coated chain theres nothing you can do to prevent them now you can only make it noisier and more hassle to nick your kit then they go and take some other poor buggers gear that isn't so well protected
