    explain what vicarious liability means lol as I know of 2 councils in my area that use approved contractor lists

    Councils usually have an approved contractor system, if your not on their list you got no hope. Give them a call to see hoe to register with them. The will ask to see your all your insurance and certificates if they are up on these things.

    Bags for climbing gear with markings on so we know who's is who's. Rigging gear goes into bags again with markings on so we know what lives in what bag without having to hunt through them.

    We got one and it works a treat, as above they should come with a proper locking hitch.
