  1. Hi I have a yale scorch climbing rope which has got damaged near the spliced eye so at the moment im using the otherr end with a bowline. id like to cut off just past the damaged bit and use that as a soft strop then get someone to splice a new eye into for me. So as per the title is there anyone near bristol or south Glos that could splice a new eye into it for me? of course i can drop it off and collect etc cheers joe 07834697366
  2. I have an AMA top handle and am really pleased with it, from memory £125 from FR jones, runs well powerful enough for anything buy really big stuff. I use mine for weekend work and reccomend it, its very light and easy to strip/work on. negatives: chain brake very stiff to apply compared to my stihl saws makes a noise like a strimmer bit plasticy feeling petrol filler is too small for the push fill so you need a funnel but on the whole dont think youll regret it. Joe
  3. alright mate, is it a turbo? also had this recently took out the lambda sensor (bolts into the exhaust before the cat) give it a thorough clean with carb or brake cleaner and refit, when blocked they tell the ecu to richen the mix causing bad fuel consumption and excess smoke / exhaust gas! cheers joe

Good point made re if they loved the trees so much why didnt they arrange a tpo before hand! they should look at the positives and get out there and plant some on their own land at least they have more control over them then!
