  4. In this case, and on ash (it ash, right?), in my experience it is always associated with decayed wood. Other times, this much dry, dusty frass, does come from dry decaying wood. However, it COULD come from feeding on living wood; ALB for example... As a side note, I think your presence is needed regarding dryadeus on uktc! Also, did you get my email?
  5. It most certainly could, my bad

  9. Yep...
  10. So guys and gals, another arb 'thing' thread! This time, ponytails. Who has one? Whose is longest? Photo evidence preferred but not required, I'll get mine on later. To get things started, mines around 50cm long
  11. Wood dust, or frass, from insects feeding on decayed wood above. Getting caught in cobwebs. Or some serious localized spores deposits from unseen fungi!

    Jesus!

Maybe... Photo of my baby monitor, I can see Jesus. My wife can't. Have I gone mad/sleep deprived?
  13. Zelkova?
  14. Bad form ashman a real abuse of a rarely shown trust in others. It isnt too late to stick it in the post box...
  15. A Kyle Minogue book: small but perfectly formed Seriously though, fantastic little book. Quite likely my next book purchase....
  16. Good stuff, can we expect to see some D Humphrey photos?
  17. So, its been around a while now. How are people finding it affects their working lives, much difference in doing what you do? Also, has anyone found the occasion to get their iodine out?! And as a side note, wouldnt access to the wood of the tree for the test require 'damaging' the tree? A separate app for that? Or would that be an exception
  18. Any news on this, anybody? Also I missed this first time round, where might I get a copy Mr H?
  19. Don't climb full time anymore, hardly if at all in fact makes such photos tricky!
  20. I have no decent photos of my work or me working, I really, really regret it...
  21. Where is this Romania thread, need a phungi photo phix! Was the trip all play or work too? Looks nice, kind of reminds me of the Slovenian countryside; where there schnapps made of pine cones, nuts, fruit or whatever else happened to be available brewing on every doorstep!?
  22. I suppose even with tpo protection, simply entering the cez won't necessarily fall foul of it...
  23. I'm liking this, in conjunction with an electric fence hook-up... ...a step too far?
  24. Too true!
  25. No need to apologize! I thought that's what you meant, correction was more for the benefit of others...
