Just a quick note to say how impressed I am with the above firm. Massive range to choose from with some good brands in there. You can also take in other stuff for them to embroid and print. Well priced and nice to deal with, a rare combination! A friend's contact in Abbottabad says the media reports are not completely accurate, he suggest Bin Laden may have been dead and body recovered. I don't imagine we will ever know.

Just to give my opinion on re-foresting the country; I like the idea. I think it would give us scope to re-introduce things properly - cool things, that eat people (especially rambling bobble hats), and build damns across rivers. But it is impractical. Unless we get rid of all these damn people and their cities. But it won't happen. Because no-one wants to live as hunter gatherers and die aged thirty. Apart from me

Ahh. But we changed and buggered about until we liked it more. Changing back is not really that clever. Things have adapted and changed, as has the way people think (Not that I really care). If we get forests back how do the hill men make a living?

It's not really that simple. The grain they put down will feed hundreds of other things too. The game cover they plant will shelter 1000's of songbirds and insects. By controlling the predators they will increase the population of Lapwings, sedge warblers and Windchats because their breeding grounds will not be covered as heavily by things that eat them. If its heather moorland Black grouse, Capercaillie, hen harriers, buzzards, eagles etc. will all benefit from a managed and "sheltered" environment. Not spent much time in the hills have you?
