  5. hello again, i adjusted the anvil today giving it a 3mm distance from the blade and gave it a test, i tried abit of cord and it chipped lovely and small so after i tried abit of crack willow and it just dribbled out the spout. soo a little confused i checked the belt and noticed it was extremely loose to the point you could just pull it off and it didnt look to good, can the belt stretch ? and if they do does this effect the peformance?. I looked for a belt tensioner but couldnt see nout.

  18. hi guys i got myself a spider jack 2 on saturday and took it for a play today, when setting up i realised my rope didnt have a eye splice, this could become a issue as most tie in knots i tried were to big and rubbed up against the spider jack getting in the way also causing in to twist so it wouldnt self tend. so i had a fiddle and tried some diffrent options. i tried a extra krab to lift the knot above the sj but found that the krab kept twisting when not under load which could potentialy be dangerous.so after i tried this it worked sweet but looks a mess! is the sj just designed to work with a eye?
