    I no a guy who has had nothing but trouble with his keeps getting out of tune so he has had to send it back twice, air filter comes off very often which has coursed him to get a lump of wood stuck in the carb. I would never buy this saw until they fix the air box issue.
  2. I use poison ivy on my s.j I have tried both ropes and find the pi is much softer on your hands and feels like a bigger rope to grip even tho there is only a couple of mm difference.it self tends exactly the same as tachyon

Funny stories, a couple of months back I was just about to jump up a plum when I felt a sting right on my right buttock I yelped and sprinted across the garden screaming for help like a little boy I also had my mainline,lanyard, and saw still attached so only managed to get about 4 metres before stacking it straight onto my face whilst getting stung a few more times. I felt like a right prat.

  8. Been doing alot of fracture pruning myself on veterans and we manage them little bit at a time. Not worked on any sweet chestnuts so not realy sure how they respond. Use a sledge hammer to make some nice habitat indents

  11. The Velcro keeps the sj inline and upright, without the Velcro the sj doesn't function
  12. Thanks, just make sure you get a tough collar, some are abit flimsy.
  13. right as no one has replied here is a picture of my pimped sj with no more velcro. instead a nice strong chihuahua coller cut down :->
  14. I have a 365 and love it, starts all the time and has a fair bit of punch. Like mentioned above it is a tad heavy but I'm only a small fella:).

  20. once you get the hang of applying friction with the wooden lever then it gets easy to swing out and descend fast, confidence is the key. does anyone know what harness joe is climbing in?
  21. Nice video, is that you speaking? I'm tempted to try a double handed ascender, have you tried this? I'm only light so pulling my own weight isn't to hard.
