  6. Hi, is it legal to take driftwood for firewood. Purely for home use not commercial. Also it's from banks of the humber estuary, if that makes a difference. Did have a quick Google but couldn't find anything. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2
  7. Alyways thought they were same diameter-ish, had heard PI had more stretch though not tried myself. Used Tachyon for a couple of years very good on hitchclimber, switched to velocity for SJ.

  13. Hi I need a loler inspector near Grantham or North Lincs/East Riding. It's just for one climbing kit, would rather wait while inspection is done rather then leave kit an collect later. Can travel, will pay on day. Cheers, Simon. Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk 2

  17. Thanks for the replies, anyone know of suppliers who sell with splice or slaice as ewan mentioned? Is the splice as bulky as the 13mm Marlow ones? Cheers, Si. Sent from my HTC One X using Tapatalk 2
  18. Just spotted this rope on gustharts, looks nice though no splice, is it too hard or a CE issue? Anyone know how it performs in a SJ? My Tachyon is ready to be retired and fancy a change. Any thoughts? Cheers
  19. Hi there I am the current groundsman at Chateau Milly. The only reason i am leaving is that its a bit quiet for me. It is nothing like a 'prison' and the owners are great people to work for, very laid back, no pressure or anyone breathing down your neck. Excellent accommodation and all other members of staff v friendly.
  20. Nice one Russ, fancy sending one out here
  21. My ms 230 has been playing up, cutting out when idling, then very slow to rev up, similar to starting a saw from cold, ie too much throttle and it will cut out. Its had a new air filter, fuel filter and plug. Still at a bit of a loss, Im not very mechanical minded but would rather fix it myself. Any ideas? Cheers, Si.
  22. Would just like to add that kev is an excellent employer, and always very quick to pay! good luck with the search mate
  23. 76 quid cant remember where, was one of the top sites after a search in google
  24. Well I was more interested if anyone on here was selling one as they had moved onto srt ART or Teufelberger don't mind which tbh. Cheers. Si.
  25. Not sure if this is in the right section, but I just got a sj and really appreciate the difference a pulley makes, but I don't have a retrievable saver yet. I thought the other day that a lot of guys were moving on to srt with the wrench, so they may have a pulley saver they no longer want and would like to sell it to me? Long shot? Cheers, Simon.
