  7. You are no longer allowed to squat on the medium fell because you need to be able to move to position of safety quickly if the fell barber chairs or goes wrong etc. Right I suppose.
  8. iPhone 4 with the latest instagram app. Just getting to grips with the tilt and shift settings. Well worth installling.!!!

  10. The instructor has told us we can kneel down for the sink cuts but we must be stood up for the back cut! Just in case. More pics to follow today!
  11. Just a few pics of our day in the woods training for our cs32.
  12. I have just completed my first days training for my long overdue nptc cs 32 medium fell ticket today and after felling my first tree of the day (a 70 foot causican pine) I stick my trusty granfors splitting maul in the felled trunk for safe keeping so I didn't mid lay it. After wandering over to observe one of the candidates to observe them I watched to my horror another candidate fell another large pine directly on top of my maul and felling gear bag. NOOOOO! After running over expecting my maul to be smashed it wa driven fully into the trunk of my tree. Amazingly after a couple of minutes cutting the maul came out totally un scathed. What a quality product!!!! Money well spent, recommended !!!
