  1. http://bit.ly/1cPMmEd Don't know if my computer/phone wizardry has worked. But the same eBay account has a bandit tracked grinder as well!
  2. Sorry to hear your news Tom. Theifing scumbags! A mass cull is in order!
  3. Nice job, well done fellas!
  4. Thanks for all the input. Decision time now!
  5. Maybe when you weld a rod to inside of door that then sits in a hole in door frame of container when shut. So that if hinges are cut the door cannot be opened. But if your hinges are internal, wouldn't be beneficial!
  6. Cheers for that redmoosefaction. Looked at one on YouTube. Looks a bit of a beast. How much are you looking at for one?
  7. Hi ya breezeblock. Thanks for that. I looked at it yesterday, turns out its a ex hire machine! Got good records of work carried out on it. But no hour meter. It has a fair amount of play in the side to side pivots and rear steering pin. Would this be a case of replacing with new bushes, or is it more complex than that? Seems to run up ok, and move, apart from the steering. Didn't get a chance at a slope, but ran it round their yard. It's up for 2750+, which seems a bit steep with the work that needs doing and the lack of hr meter. What do you reckon? Cheers Sam.
  8. Hi guys looking into getting my first stump grinder I've seen a Rayco RG1625, looks and sounds good from the pictures. What should I be looking at? Other than the obvious bearing belts etc. how many hours would you expect from a 2002 machine? Did some maths and I came up with 1500hrs? And what should I be expecting to pay?
  9. My 4mix long reach stands conveniently in the corner of my lock up. And does not have this problem. But it does get through spark plugs for a past time! Definitely won't be getting another to replace this one, when it blows up. My small engine mechanic chap says I am lucky it hasn't yet!
  10. Was looking at them today, they even have a aux input plug!
  11. Don't know. I think they were one of their workwear offers.
  12. Had some numpty cave my drivers door in a few years ago, reversing out of their drive. Luckily I clocked him, and I wasn't half way out the door!
  13. I have a pair of £30 Aldi specials. Keeps the hedge cutter drone out and makes me work quicker!
  14. Cambridge (Dry Drayton) office. Speak to Sam or Sophie.
  15. Mine is with the NFU.
  16. Positive it's ash. Best get to specsavers, the majority of the foliage in the picture is that of the sycamore tree behind the said ash.
  17. I dare say it could have been a piece of ground workers machinery that caused the damage from when they built the house. That they then tidied up.
  18. Thanks all. Think I will have it out, as it's in close proximity to the house, and before I re-turf their lawn and do a new patio.
  19. I have a customer with this fungi on a old wound, on one of their ash trees. Can someone help me with what it is and will it effect the tree? The tree does have some dead wood in the crown. Cheers Sam.
  20. Hi. Thanks for that. I shall give them a try.
  21. I am looking to hire a stone burier. I have access to a compact tractor. But if necessary I don't mind hiring as a set. I'm based South of Cambridge and the job is near Royston. Does anybody have any recommendations?
  22. I have a 21" Honda Shanks. I would Highly Recommend it. It is a Proffesional contractors mower, it has a fan built in to assist with blowing wet grass over the rear roller. Which is great in this country I got it three seasons ago and its still gowing strong. It was £800 inc Vat at the time.
  23. we are looking for a self-employed climber with experience and own climbing equipment in the Cambridge area. For a couple of days work a month. If you are interested, please phone Sam on 07811665875, or text and I will get back to you.
