  1. I didn't want to name where you live, just the general area.
  2. But that's not the overall average, you can still buy a terraced house around that general area for well under £200k, throw that in the mix and the overall average is about right.
  3. Not a bad guess. https://www.rightmove.co.uk/house-prices/stowmarket.html
  4. I would say the overall average would be around £250-£275k in that area.
  5. The problem is, houses in this part of East Anglia are mega expensive compared to the average wage. We bought a bungalow probably less than 20 miles from where Steve is in 2008 for just under £250k, it's now valued at ££625k.
  6. Words got out that your lot are in the village, can't blame folk really.
  7. Haven't seen much of the festival, but he rocked it. Not my sort of thing but credit where credit is due. Sounds like he's had a bad time of it over the last few years.
  8. You couldn't make these people up, no wonder I get slated for being left of center.
  9. If no orher evidence could be provided that would be my starting point for debate, if needed.
  10. I may be wrong, would the old chainlink fence defining the boundary set a presadence (sp) for where the boundary is, depending how long the fence has been there?
  11. Many more qualified people about here than me, I'm fairly sure you can cut back to your boundary, arisings are another story.
  12. Not that it affects me, uk wide?
  13. Daz Willot, he's wrong in this link. It wasn't where Freetown was. Freetown was Hanley, a proper underground venue where anything was game. 14. Same sort of time, and Danny Rampling played the same venue many times when this fella was the resident DJ. Parks & Wilson also frequented the club. The 'club' turned off the water in the toilets to force people to buy it from the bar for extortionate money.
  15. No, it's a well known DJ who changed the dance music scene just after illegal raves were getting stamped down on. Any ideas?
  16. Nah.
  17. Nah.
  18. House of pain, 92 IIRC. This was slightly earlier, and a lot more hardcover.
  19. Nah, he's still in the music industry now.
  20. Lethal weapon, we're having none of that today son. Behave ya self...
  21. Anyone remember this fella, spun the discs at some of the biggest house music clubs both here and abroad. I met him in 88, his sidekick was known as MC Lethal.
