Maybe not, my mate had this run in with the council and backed down. It wasn't about him having more than one work van at home, it was because lads who worked for him would rock up, leave their own motors on his driveway or in the road then get in his vans. That was enough, apparently, to consider he was running a business from his house. In the OP's case I'd guess the loadall won't go in his favour. -

You've got by long enough without needing to buy tracked mewp, and living on boats is fun. We only have one go at this life, go and enjoy yourselves before the young'un needs to put proper schooling in. Rent your house out to recover some of the money for the mewp when you get back. See, I have thought it through...

We are supposed to know if he's looking for a hot hatch or a 4 door saloon to get the kids in the back, or a 4x4 to get about in the countryside. No snide comments mind. Oh well. that didn't last long. I think he just likes looking at pictures and dreaming of... only if.
