  1. How is everyone finding parts availability at the moment? Still pretty shocking I think considering we are past corvid. I've had good experiences with a few firms, Kubota is easy enough to get things for, vermeer has always been good and Greenmech has been awesome. Predator has been good. Bloody yanks ( I know vermeer are) seem bloody useless... I still think they are asleep.... have to wait weeks for parts if not months and then prices are just shooting up. Currently run a old bandit and like it, but not sure if I want to buy another due to parts How do folk get on running these bandits when going for parts etc? How have others got on with other manufacturors?
  2. I run one, had it for over 7 years now very reliable. I do often think about changing it but everything's dpf and regen nowadays. Does all I need it to
  3. There was a arb firm also that is arb approved that a lad felled a tree ****************ed up and paralysed himself.... wonder how that was commented on in the risk ass and method statement. Don't forget arb ass did nowt for the 2 rope job and probability still haven't a clue which colour diesel to use πŸ€” Also I remember asking ages ago to the Aa... are your assessors nptc qualified assessors..... No they are not. So who the hell are they to say about work practices etc if they don't know the criteria we passed with via nptc to say we see doing it correctly or not? Then the firms bombing around with their logo on their vans but not an actually AA contractor lol πŸ˜† it's a joke
  4. Seen a few of these for sale at very handy money. Been really tempted to get one to do me whilst having my bandit sorted. Really happy with the safetrac I got off you 18month or so ago πŸ‘ 😎
  5. I bought a predator 26/28 last year and been using that. Then bought a big road tow grinder for fun and big stumps πŸ˜€ beast
  6. Great machines are the 252.... I ran mine for years and its done all sorts for me. Time for it to find a new home after April 6th though πŸ˜† I've moved on a little now to a diesel machine
  7. Just looked at one this morning. Be glad to see it through the chipper if we get it πŸ˜†
  8. NEW AUTO FEED PLUS TACH FOR MORBARK, BANDIT, CARLTON, WOODSMAN WOOD CHIPPER WWW.EBAY.CO.UK Find many great new & used options and get the best deals for NEW AUTO FEED PLUS TACH FOR MORBARK...
  9. I bought one from ebay. Guys called Kurt over in the USA thinknits an led display not one of the crappy lcd ones..... Still a lot of brass though
  10. RIP 😞 Such a nice guy
  11. Always the case with pictures. Never show just how it is on site....
  12. Cheers what grinder do you run?
  13. @aspenarb where did you get yours from?
  14. Don't know if the h after the numbers means anything but this was aft a quick google
  15. Does anyone know whereni can get some cutter wheel bearings for a rayco rg1642? Bearings are link belt pb 22 432-0 A shocking 480 quid each from a quick browse online.... Think rayco down south is also closed down now. These are just pillow block bearings.... shaft measured 50.74/50.68mm with a cheapo digi vernia.... bolt hole spacings are roughly 160mm or 6 1/4" ish I thought they'd be enough but 500 nicker each πŸ˜† 🀣 I had to cut one off too πŸ’₯
  16. Great ground clearance on them too πŸ‘
  17. Very handy setup that for a hell of an all rounder. Once of a day, pre botex trailer and pre teleporter. I was adamant I had to have a front loader. Now I'd be happier with front 3pl and run same as above. Seen some locally and have been considering the front 3pl and ditch loader route. To a small medium company the above setup be dog's dangles. A roof mount feeding a chipper be similar? Not sure what visibility is like going down the road with roof mount though
  18. I should look more into this egr delete in my for ranger. It has an egr cooler and I'm sure this is leaking slightly as sometimes get some good white smoke from the exhaust. Can remove egr and cooler.... That said due to shocking government and tax I may just trade in trade in a dmax etc lol πŸ˜†
  19. Story of my life with machines.... always try to do something to better something and should have left it alone lol πŸ˜†
  20. Fraid that's what I'm thinking.... Need the right niche for it
  21. What's this tractor then? See if folks think it's up to it
  22. I'd say it all depends how much a bigger tractor and heizo is per day as would most likely be a lot more productive and depend what chipper you run, the chip be worth more out of the heizo too
  23. Yes there's a lot of garbage on here at times but I just don't view it. Have you ever heard of : Don't argue with an idiot..... they will only drag you down to their level and beat you with experience πŸ˜† Mods will delete folk if they deem necessary
  24. Crack the fuel cap open when running on a level area.... see if that works....
  25. Nice crusty terminals ey? Lol πŸ˜† Ffs! First sign of frost and batteries are toast..... in fairness been a bit sluggish to start last month or so.... both down to 12.17v now. Will try give them a charge and put them back on but suspect it will want fresh
