  1. If a saw is blue smoking a bit is it due to worn piston? Or too rich etc or needs a good strip n clean? Maybe clean exhaust?
  2. Genuine piston on ebay if you could salvage cylinder
  3. Yours will be .404 though wont it...
  4. Great way to think (op)
  5. Does it really matter about warrenty? If you found a 'decent' saw for 300-350 it would only take a couple of days or so to pay for itself. Ive had some older saws that i should have never sold! 2005 200 and it did loads of work and would still be running now i wager if i still had it. Just buy one and get on with work
  6. Ive been waiting for the little niggles of the saw to come out on here. Takes to long on here tbh... too much praise not enough honest opinions Might refurb a 200t!
  7. Decent 200's are 300-350 on ebay it seems owt else seems the crappy end of saws, though it is a lottery
  8. Well i like the 201t and think its fine. Using 200t at the moment. Id rather have a carb that i can adjust myself, no auto tune etc. Thats just me. I've done loads of work from big trees to hedges etc... given my 201t death since i bought it. Never broken anything on it, only complaint is fuel tank breather weeping fuel but got one to replace it. T540 isnt for me thanks Dave... more saws nicked or from last time

  15. Honda Hrb 476 roller mowers..... Do these things get slower with age? great mowers but i feel i have to push it more than usual! Also why do the roller bearings? or why is there lots of play in the roller up and down at one side? whats worn? shaft? bearing? roller? Any temp fix?

  21. rabbit proof and chicken wire same thing?
  22. Hi all, I've got some tree's and hedges to plant in the next week or so. Going to get some spirals for the tree's But the only option i can think of to protect the hedges is to use stakes and run chicken wire all round it and dig it down 6" or so! Any suggestions?
  23. Can the fuel tank breathers stick open? Fuels been dribbling out of my tank breather on my 201t.... also it has started using loads more fuel recently.... usage up by at least 50-60 percent more fuel being used! Air filter doesn't look to good... suppose there is only so much you can clean these type filters? will have to investigate saw further!
