  2. yeah ive just done some research and youre right, cubs are born in febuary, only got the call tonight so havent been to investigate,there was certainly nothing in the butts on monday?? and i dont think that 4 x 8 month old badgers would fit in a water butt, they are heaving with maggots apparently, im thinking that they may be dog pups, will investigate tomorrow in the day light
  3. had a very disturbing phone call today to tell me that 4 badger cubs have been found dead in a waterbutt,now unless they can climb into a 3 foot high waterbutt ,someone put them in there,this happened in a very large private garden i look after, there is no known set in the grounds,very upsetting and mysterious

  9. those ipl, list all carbs as having an idle screw,this one definately has no idle adjustment,am i having a thick moment? definately only 2 screws, h and la
  10. sorry, not my saw,its a stihl yukk!! lol,it has a h screw and a la screw,on the cover it says h 3/4 la 1, but if you set the la to 1 turn it wont start, its more like 1 1/2 turns to get it to run and tickover, checked tank breather all good there, the saw has only done about 3 hours work apparently tho is 2 years old

  13. how do you adjust the carb on these as there is no hi/lo and tickover,saw starts and runs, but will not restart from hot?? cheers

    damn good saws imo,did away with the auto decomp on the 2156 tho, seems a lot better for it

    nor me,i suppose i could of got a new carb £115.00 , but couldnt justify spending that much on it,the saw is 20 years old so not to bothered, thanks again for all the help

    changed the tank,got the carb u/s cleaned, put new needle and metering lever in,pulled it over 3 times ,fired,2 more pulls and off she went like a goodun,set the carb up, cut 3 ash rings, then it stopped and wouldnt start,left it over night ,tried to start,back to old problem,its now on ebay,proceeds are going to a new 372xp
