  2. Good vid mate:thumbup:
  3. Welcome to the forum Chris good luck and all the best to you mate:thumbup: Lawrence
  4. I agree with you skyhuck some people just don't bottle it! I've decided something was too dangerous plenty of times it doesn't mean I've bottled it, I've found another way to finish the job. The use of the word is probably wrong as it will get peoples backs up. I like Gibbons posts and I reckon he's knows his stuff so he hasn't bottled this tree he's made an educated decision about safety and will find another way to do it. I believe if skyhuck says he hasn't bottled it he hasn't his signature even states he's talking from his own experience. People who say they don't bottle it and appear to have no fear are not necessarily dangerous they know their own limit and can climb a tree at 60ft as if they were at 10ft it mind over matter
  5. Bet your glad it wasn't in the back of that one Stephen haha I know what you mean Brian it's a laugh driving the funny vehicles I worked at a place had a really old transit was a proper mess we reckoned it was a cut and shut and called it the fun bus! You had to bounce on the seat while turning the key to start it. It was a bad battery connection under the seat but why fix it that would spoil the fun ha
  6. Good post johnty that was pretty much my thoughts on the stuff but I couldn't put it into words like that haha I don't get people who want that bloated look, I uses to train with a few lads and one of them was on steroids and all he wanted was to be big. He took loads of stuff and yeah he was strong but had a strange looking fat face he had a fat gut and man boobs, and if he tried a bit of cardio looked liked he was gonna have a heart attack! I think he was in loads better shape before he took steroids.
  7. Oly applies to me after a good Sunday roast then I can def do with a good snooze:thumbup:
  8. I need to keep eating or I feel sick and can't work I must have a stuip high metabolism.

  11. That's awesome there is a good vid on you tube think it's called hawk vs deer it takes a deer out and rolls over it.
  12. Haha sorry mate! Type "postman pat makes his van fly" into you tube, don't get too excited mate but I like it:thumbup:

  16. I haven't had the joy of driving a Sherpa but drove the same model ldv beautiful motor haha Sherpas make me laugh
  17. Didn't realize the Sherpa was so agile:lol: YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.
  18. Are the people who are having problems just starting out training or starting to push themselves harder that's why they have decided to use this supplement? Because the new training could also be the cause.
  19. I use the my protein stuff Adam it's very good service and good stuff I reckon. They have a certificate which proves the quality of the protein I think they just save money with packaging it comes in a zip bag:thumbup:
  20. Same as Andy said mate try get some work doing the laboring side of things because that is the side what people don't like and that is mostly what you will be doing. Good luck mate:thumbup:
  21. I'm wasn't having a go though mate:001_smile: it's easy to take things and people the wrong way on forums because text doesn't come across well. I'm guilty of it myself and people have taken me the wrong way too.
  22. Gibbon I agree with the best I've seen being quiet about it, I believe in letting your work doing the talking. It's the same as down the pub you get all the mouthy people shouting on about fighting all the time then every now and again the quiet one in the corner chins them haha a few well known hard men round my area are the nicest people you will meet because they have nothing to prove.
  23. Stephen is a good bloke mate take the time to get to know his way of thinking and get to know him as a person and you will understand him:001_smile: He wouldn't be having a go there just so many people talk the talk but don't show any pics of anything substantial. He'll be the first to give encouragement or give positive comments:thumbup:
