Find a guy who is great at porting chainsaws,then there is no problem with 30",just remember to upgrade your oil pump..... that's what I did.......

Listen when he richen the saw up(H screw) after it is to lean,when it start to 4 stroke in wot(Full throttle),stop richen and then you got a perfect running saw ps. easier to hear with a muffler mod YouTube - blsnelling's Channel

Just checked my 260FB,it is in a very bad condition,the main bearings are shot bigtime,that the flywheel has made a hole in the jug,3-4 fins are missing.On clutch side,the brake wire around the clutch drum is shot.... I don´t know about the crank..... but it´s not broken I personally think,that it´s should be a parts saw........
