  1. Im after a grab and rotator, ebay prices seems very high!!! for secondhand. How much do new grabs and rotators cost??? buying new will mean i,m not buying someone elses rubbish, just can,t find any prices on the tinternet! So what sort of money did you pay?
  2. a couple of weeks a go made some rollers to make it easier to feed the logs in to the processor from the infeed table also fitted some stops to hold the logs back off the rollers, used stub axles and wheel rims of a small scrap trailer for the rollers it all works just fine, makes it much easier for my missus to work the processor:thumbup:
  3. been selling about £1000 a month for the last 2 months so i,m happy.
  4. yes go for it fitted lots of these kits from GHS and not had any problems
  5. i think most of the older boxes have brakes you can lock out for reversing with a pin or a flip over collar, going to have a day in the workshop today, so i will beef the A frame up a bit and make some mudguards.
  6. Liking the tractor handbrake! been thinking of buying an old foden with a crane on, is it worth having one? what use do you put to?
  7. it,s on 13 x 175 8plys and it has brakes on all 4 wheels. Got 3 meter cubed of firewood out of that first load.

  11. This is all good news to me, just got 10 acres of larch to extract that was clear felled last year,so i,l be selling a lot of that this winter.
  12. looks like a fence rail with a guide on it??? i,ve got a home made mill that uses a fence rail for the shoe of the mill to follow.

  14. WOW the quad is £10000 with the vat, you can get a4x4 tractor and timber trailer for that money! one is a toy and the other is a money making tool.
  15. no need a side plate to, might just buy a new one, stuff like that is cheap enough from stihl.

  19. here is the converted horsebox with it,s first load on, trailer is 250kgs so big payload.
  20. no floor keeping it light for big payload! got plenty of trailers with floors.
