  2. No need to lift the posts out of the hole if they need a bit cutting off. simply use a wooden post (the same length as the concrete one ) as a template.
  3. Just googled dogging sites, it appears you can find the nearest one near you.
  4. If your buying the materials from a proper fencing supplier ( not b&q etc) ask them to go through the procedure with you.
