Agree with that,the so called preservative used now is not much more use than water. My fencing supplier would not guarantee a 4"x4" wood post wouldnt rot within 5 years.

About 15 years ago i was working at ladbroke grove , just up the road from chelsea and there was a 1 bed flat for sale at £1.2m. London house prices are mental,no idea where people on minimum wage live?
