  6. I was given a few bags of briquettes by a company that makes them to see if any of my customers would be interested in them , they were,nt. They were stored in a dry shed, but in a couple of months they had resorted back to saw dust because they had got damp. This is surely the biggest pro for logs v briquettes.
  7. Who on here that has said they use their logburner rather than oil/gas /electric actually buys their logs?
  8. Mine cost £100, but I don't doubt its gone up by 100% in the last few months. its nothing to do with emissions, its just an easy way to screw yet more money from the motorist.
  9. If its the same as the London lez you will still be allowed in with your old diesels..............................As long as you buy a one day permit for £100.

  19. Me lifting it up jon, just a matador I used to drive in the 80s. I copied the pose from the front of a book I had, timber haulage I think it was called
  20. Eastenders, or any soap , but especially eastenders

  23. My log sales are well down from previous years , but I don't put it down to anyone else undercutting me etc, ,I put it down to the fact that its yet again a mild winter and heating oil is cheap.
