  4. usually snatch a sarnie from my brothers lunchbox, he still lives at home so mum makes em for him, one sarnie lasts me till i get home then eat crisps n snacks non stop till bedtime, today i managed to take some buttered t-cakes to put crisps in, usually theres a chippy on the way home to save my life..

  8. had to borrow a wheelbrace to get fingers in, then squashed my fingers haha, then used a stick to wedge in while wheelbracing the top, then squashed wrist/arm reaching for the lock, scratched pillar a bit, worst of all i rang the wife while doing it so inadvertently owner up to damaging the car
  9. went to myerscough college today, had dinner in wifes discovery, somehow managed to lock the car up leaving the keys in the ignition.. doh didn't want to break any glass (its cold on the motorway), managed to bend drivers doorframe down like a carthief enough to get an arm in to pull lock up, now door lets wind in as bad as the defender so i'll have to bend it back properly tomorrow.. felt really stupid:blushing:
  10. use graphite powder on yr locks, stops em freezin so much..
  11. looks like the door is closed.. there should only be a plastic button where your mouth is, so had the button got stuck in? probably not cos a clever person would use a good stick or tool, shouldnt be lock de-icing cos its not locked, leaving only licking the shmite off the bottom of the handle?

  20. been trouble free round here for 2yrs now, bless em they havn't dared throw snow round here all winter..

  23. when i left school i had no idea what to do but liked cars n engines so got qualified as a motor vehicle technician, if id have gone into trees earlier i'd probably not be able to maintain my own machinery now so im pretty happy with the order i've accidently done things in..as for the future -who knows? no plans yet..
  24. cant beat disco for practicality imo, pulls 3.5t legally and easily, mines given me years of service and never let me down.. till this year, had new brakes, clutch, bootfloor, cylinderhead and glowplugs this year already..ouch, on a happy note its now got a rustproof bootfloor(aluminium) that the dogs can't fall through..Ed
