  1. yes it works fine, i have readings of 22% in my woodstore and 2% in the fire surround:thumbup: we have tested it compared to another type moisture meter on the same pieces of wood and have very close readings, probably won't last long at the price i paid though:001_smile:
  2. just branched out:thumbup:, someone asked me to cut a tree down and it took ages with a bowsaw, then collected cs numbers/machines/bits of paper and found i was in demand:001_smile:

  10. i dont have any happy memories about household wiring, there was very bright blue flashes and loud bangs coming from the kitchen last winter, that was a wire arcing to the cooker body, then i put a new socket front on in the bedroom and must have nipped the wires while screwing it down, big bang/flash and lots of smoke coming out of the wall, it melted along the wires for about 6ft inside the stud wall. car electrics are so much nicer:thumbup1:

  12. motor vehicle construction and use regulations state that you cannot use spotlights on the front of a vehicle above 1.2metres high, you can however have them fitted but its illegal to use on the road, thats why mine are on the front of the bonnet:thumbup:
