  15. True about consequences, never seen a reduced one fail though myself. its not easy wouldnt say it was, but there are ways and means of ensuring ones confidance or lack of is backed up, airspading compaction tests ect

  20. the operations must have been timed well then, they tend to suffer with strip dieback at the wound, doesnt effect them much but as with all tree issues tends to be a case by case thing, optimal growing conditions make a massive difference to how trees cope.
