palax is a good solid machine ,i have the palax combi tsve 2006 mobile one ,had a palax combi 600 mobile before it ,which i had for 10 years and was sill in good working order when i sol it ,and that was a 1998 model .palax do the mobile active mobile with a petrol engine for around £10,000 .give jim a call in caladonian forestry on 01764663798 good luck .

can anyone help ,someone put a thread on here a while back showing a machine,it was a red small one you put branches in it and they went straight in to a bag in 6 inch lengths ,would appreciate any help in locating the machine .

take no notice sort the order out when they come and collect let them wait ,few weeks ago i put 40 flyers out in 2 small villages where i live ,next day a withheld number called saying if i put them out again there would be consequence's ,the police have traced the call back to a local factory where there are 90 working there an 40 phones on site ,needle in a hay stack ,never mind he is a very shallow and a sad man ,what goeg around comes around i say i have a good idea who he is ,ill put 10 flyers thru his door next time we deliver in the area .

i use 240 litre wheelie bins 4 makes 9.6 of a m3 ,i dont stack them ,i give a bag of kindling with every cube to make it up and i sell them a storage box with 4 ply sides and a pallet as a floor for £20.00 they can use it upright in doors or side ways out side its cheaper than a log store i have 200 available i also stack free on delivery for a coffee of course or ill just tip on the next order lol,most of us loose fill are cubes , we are a lot cheaper than these crates of kiln dry that get imported ,and all our timber is sourced from u.k. woodlands ,Barn dry firewood is as good if not better than kiln dry ,like most of us i was selling firewood in volume a long time before there was kiln dry firewood on the market .if you stack that crate charge more woodworks .its hard work .

I Wont touch a ifor wiliams trailer unless it's registered in ifor williams in the owner's name and not on the stolen register ,if it was legitimate ,he should be selling it cheaper as it stolen recovered ,it's worth less .it's back on ebay .

Last week i went to buy a ivor williams trailer on ebay ,when i checked it with t.e.r they told me it was stolen in 2004 ,so i got my deposit back and went elsewhere ,next thing the seller is on the phone telling me that im a timewaster ,and the local police in that area said it was not recorded stolen in there area . the guy has now put it back on ebay .so lads keep away i's a 12x6 lm126 twin axle flat bed serial no sckk60000010328087/2001 painted sides in staffordshire ,he is refering to me as the time waster mmm,i bought a newer 14foot one the same day off a ifor williams main dealer in leek H.F.B TRAILERS If you are after a good deal give them a ring .

they made them blue years ago ,my mate had one ,processors hold there value well ,i bought a palax combi 600 mobile 1998 modle in 2005 with a honda engine or p.t.o ,i sold it 6 weeks ago for what i paid for it.it didn't owe me a penny i was in profit before all the cord i had cut around 5000 tonnes or softwood in the time i owned it,+ i went out on hire with it more times than i can remeber,i have a new palax now i'll look after it and i recon i wont loose much money in it when i upgraade again palax &poch are the best make in my opinion .
