  1. i guy i do alot of climbing for has a old nene overland purpose built arb land rover 130 tipper all made with ally planking etc and that weighs 3 tons empty. my transit isnt much better with a ally buck with wooden chip box it weighs in at 2445KG empty.
  2. no plans to have a climbing comp again? if not id be up for helping out with climbing rigging stuff if wanted? i have the stein dual bollard to show off

  12. well that sorts it out again, just got a phone call from the customer he has changed his mind since yesterday and doesnt want it down, AGAIN
  13. its all solid i gave it a good hammer test sounds solid that cavity is where a 4ft stem would have been ages ago its not even deeper than my finger. hopefully if rob ds offer still stands he can have it
  14. basically the customer wants the tree down thinks its worth a fortune i said ill try and see how much i could get for it and go from there i told him its not going to be worth alot because its not a chunky straight single stem. if someone is interested they can make a offer, thats all i can say really.
  15. ive posted this before a while ago it was on the cards for coming down, it will be coming down if the customer is happy with the return on the wood. Rob D has first dibs if hes still interested from last time. ive got some better pics. ive lettered the main picture with where ive messured it and put the relevant letter with the picture of the tape messure. ps there not my hands in the pic its the missus my finger nails i paint more manly... like pink look forward to any interest

  18. rather you than me lol saying that ive gotta ring that lump up i took home split that ive got a guy who wants it unseasoned so thats more money i guess
  19. done by lunch, i ripped open my leg again in footy match last night, so dan went up the poplar next to the pine took top off that, then he wanted a couple other little populars down that stuck straight through chipper, then all them poplar stems were rotten as hell so dumped 700KG of rakings and all rotten rings at landfill site cost me £17.50 but well to get rid of it really. i told him about the tv arial he said dont worry about it wouldnt let me pay for it.
  20. i was going to stick another lump the other side but yard wasnt far away so i went for the wuss's option
  21. only got the camcorder out for that last lift and didnt even look at the footage wasnt that special i wouldnt of thought
