  2. ahh maybe not then couldnt see from the pics till i looked at that last 1
  3. some have a minumum limit for each month, usually £300 ive found. apart from the fuel genie that ive gone for it doesnt say that i can see so none i done think.
  4. them home owners will have to do the lottery now, bit of luck it falling and doing no damage?
  5. just go for it, if you dont use your mirrors and you dont see anything get damaged nothing is damaged
  6. yup there is. by looks of things some cards you can get a pump price option or a fixed price so, each week they tell you the prices and thats what you pay for the whole week regardless of what the pumps say, or the pump price option where you pay what the pump says. try this and see how much they come up with how much you will save. Fuel costs calculator & fuel cards savings calculator | fuelGenie
  7. i did look at the key fuel one it got to complicated for me though finding certain garages, the fuel genie was better like that any morisions and any tescos easy then
  8. so you have your name instead of the reg number?
  9. thats what i like to hear, thats the main reason im finally getting round to getting 1, just got all my receipts, worked out my milage etc etc for acountants at the weekend and what a bundle that was
  10. by looks of it its just 1 reg per card, which sucks. trying to remember back to when i was working for a company they had fuel cards i no when you went in to pay you had to give the reg number milage and a pin but i cant remember if it mattered what truck we was in. i guess i will find out when i go to use it.
  11. the one ive put a application in for i have ticked for deisel and petrol cant find anywhere in the small print that you cant use any vehicle, only thing that worries me is on the card you have to put the reg number. if worst comes to worst ill just have to take a 20L can with me and fill up the car from the can.
  12. what fuel cards do people have? im in process trying find a fuel card, never knew there was so many its crazy. i think im going to go with the fuel genie card as you can use them in tescos and morrison garages. easier for me as i do alot of milage all over the place. just wondering though do you have to have 2 cards if you have 2 vehicles? or can you use that card in whatever vehicle you like? just because i have my truck (deisel) and my car (petrol) i do quotes etc in and obviously some of the cards you have to spend so much a month is this for each card or just the whole acount? as the truck is 90% of my fuel easily. thanks James
  13. very top work on that conifer hedge and especially that silver birch reduction is tip top
  14. im liking the pics looked like a nice job, any more pics.
  15. i sharpen the chains when needed, stick a new chain on when needed. clean the air filter and side caseing once every couple of weeks, i just trade my saws in every year or 2 for new that way i always have fresh ready to go saws.
  16. Friend of mine has a old 130 landy tipper made by nene overland he can legally carry 1 ton in the back.
  17. Nooo lol ive taken the tool box off so tht side was swinging around friday ive got sum 1 welding a proper box in so thts just a quick fix
  18. least your 3120 doesnt keep braking haha i found some peices of this ash the other day clearing up the yard found me sum new wheels
  19. This is very true, why i have my 372 with 26" bar can cope with basically everything i have my 3120 with 36" tht will deal with everything else in the uk i have the bigger 42" bar but its to big to heavy and not needed.
  20. If it was a commercial client they more often than not have to get a min of 3 quotes regardless of the size of the job. if was a domestic client if people offer free quotations they will get a few, and can you blame them there looking for best deal for them selfs.
  21. A bit of old chipboard with a lick of paint..
  22. ive only seen it on the 3120s so dunno what other saws its on, but yer its automatic oiler but u can pump extra into the system by manually doing it, not alot of point though if im honest cant notice it really.
  23. on my 3120xp i have a 30" and 42" solid nose bars total rubbish, get very hot,so much they smoke even with hand pumping extra oil through. also really take the power out of it. bought a 36" oregon power match bar with a sprocket on the end and massive difference in power. more importantly it weighs much less also, every bit helps with big saws in weight.
