  6. It actually turned out being 3 days.... with the rain haltering the clean up, and having to get the mini loader back to the rental shop, dumping two loads of wood etc.
  7. Cheers Silky. Yes, that gob worked out very good, without the snipe, when the mouth closed and the hinge breaks, the trunk would have bounced off the stump. With, it just slid off without any forward movement. Very handy when working with not much space!
  8. Yes Steve, those were the customers! The job took 2 1/2 days in all.
  9. Bootsy!
  10. Picture heavy removal of a fat pin oak, in a tiny back yard. Cosby uses the bucket to clear the tips of the lower branches from over the garage and roof, to make rigging easier. Had good weather until the last day when cutting and picking the wood out, so clean up was harder! I used a snipe on the trunk fell to minimize bounce, worked a treat.
  11. It's funny, I put it on Facebook and everyone said the same. Thanks to Peter Lau for taking shots and film of the job. Never been filmed from another perspective before, he gave me all the files, so I might put it all together if its any good

  23. Couple of pics from a 1 1/2 day job, 2 impressive red oaks. The big one was around 100 feet tall, the 65 foot bucket truck reached the first couple of limbs. I climbed the rest. Some BIG wood! The other oak we creamed out in two hours, with the help of 7 guys on the ground, made it a breeze.
