  1. The space between the two containers is fully open at the back and the wind and airflow is great. Dries them out a treat and no condensation.
  2. Do not want to log for a while, yes. Would like to get some actual treework, but have had 3 jobs postponed due to lack of funds. Everything a bit quiet round here at the mo. Taking a well deserved rest:biggrin:
  3. Finally got round to logging all 26 tonnes. About 32 cube in the store between the 2 shipping containers and about 30 on the ground outside. Plus about 3 cube of sawdust!!
  4. Try Chantler Timber in Stoke:thumbup1:
  5. What a numpty
  6. Sound like they are everywhere the thieving scum.
  7. I was only joking, was quite offended by the 'Treewarrior' joke. I have a very close friend who is gay and would never knock them. Anyway, just paid out £362.00 for a new exhaust system, not a happy week.
  8. Good video:thumbup1:
  9. Maybe I'll re-spray it Pink, then I might increase my 'Gay' client base
  10. Agree it's a good idea in one sense but we'd all end up getting big bellies:001_tongue:
  11. Thanks for the advice. Will have a word with a mate of mine and get some defensive armour fitted as I think the scum will try again, once I've fitted a brand new one.
  12. a word with said people. Especially when I have a sign written car stating that I AM a professional, insured and decent tree surgeon, unlike the scum that they are!!!!!!!!!
  13. Thanks guys, been really naffed off by all this. Think it's someone who has been watching the car for a while down the road, could not possibly say as the police have told me NOT to but the police have done nothing about it.?? Because they cut the middle bit out and damaged the other two bits front and rear, I have got to pay for a new exhaust. £300 and i have to pay my £100 excess. Have only just got in after subbing for someone else for some extra cash. I have no power in the car and do not want to damage the engine. Parts hopefully arrive tomorrow. Unfortunately can't go down and have
  14. Think we know who did it...but as usual police can't be bothered to go and have a look?
  15. Went to work Friday morning and left my pride and joy in the car park. Came back at lunch and started the engine. A bit of a blowing and wheezing noise, Oh bugger , my exhaust has gone methinks? Gone? Some bleeding sod has nicked it! Angle grinded my catalyctic converter straight off. All my work this weekend for nothing,to pay for a new exhaust. There's some real scum out there!
  16. It's normally about £30.00 cubic foot milled!
  17. Ooops Have an L200 so I can get a cube in the back but normally sell by the trailer which is marked out for cubes
  18. 5th year now
  19. Cheers Mozza, you've given me an idea, use my free bus pass to deliver bags of logs to all my future fellow oap's great business!!!
  20. Now I know why I have been feeling so knackered logging all that oak up! I hit 50 in a few weeks
  21. It's the processor all that standing about pushing buttons. Get back to basics and do an hour a day on the axe. You'll feel better
  22. Andy PM sent
  23. Andy Clayton is about 20 miles from me. How much is there. My trailer will take 4 cube about 3 ton fully loaded.

Pity it's not in the next two weeks as i am available and could give you a hand. Please be aware that I normally do tree work at weekends due to my other job.

Do you have any work at mo as I'm pretty quiet. Cheshire Tree Services doing blanket leaflet drops all over cheshire including your area. Starting to piss a few people off.

  24. Just to clarify. I sell a measured cubic metre of logs, not a builders bag 80 x 80 x80cm which is 0.6 of a cube. Have been selling to existing customers for £80.00 but due to increased demand and new customers will be charging £100.00 to new customers.
