  1. The Annongrove Panther has been around here for ever, maybe not the same one but I first heard about it in the early 70's, it was taking sheep from a property I was working on. Big cat stories are flooding in - Local News - News | Hills Shire Times
  2. Funny that you posted that, I was just reading this thread and I was going to. I have the Sporting Shooter Mag with that story right here. It was sort of hushed up. There are some here I'm pretty sure, I haven't seen one but I've seen what they have done quite a few times. It doesn't fit any other animal here, but they always say "wild dogs".
  3. I've had an Weihrauch HW77/77K for a while now, might be a bit expensive but you hit what you aim at. http://www.outdoorsman.co.uk/index1.html HW77/77K £342.00 http://www.outdoorsman.co.uk/contents/media/l_PAGE_4_H.jpg ! "The performance of the HW77 is so good, it has transformed the sport of Field Target shooting". That statement has been made time and again by airgunning's top experts, and the incredible reputation of the HW77 is stronger than ever. The precision engineered fixed-barrel underlever action, sliding breech design and checkered stock with extended fore-end and unbeatable 'Rekord' trigger, combine to produce a level of consistent power that has to be seento be believed. .177, .22, .22 or .25 Calibres.
  4. I've had no trouble with anything all week. Maybe a little bit slow sometimes but nothing much. I use IE. Maybe it's the weather, your computers might take longer to warm up.
  5. Buy it for sure. You'll pick up work for it. The 206 is a great machine, I've had one [plus others] for years, not much can go wrong with them and you can work in places other grinders can't. I just put a new motor on mine, $3000Au. I wouldn't part with it, it's made me to much money.
  6. Lee Marvin was a great actor, made a few westerns. [ame] [/ame]
  7. As for Sigmund Freud, they knew about him in the West. [ame] [/ame]
  8. Maybe, but I just like to see smart a***'s get sorted. [ame] [/ame] [ame]http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-7196328771519732098[/ame]
  9. Byron Bay? Take you're money with you. Why do you guys always go to Brisbane? It's not my type of town. Hot, humid & crowded. So is Sydney but it's better. It's only hot for a couple of months really.
  10. I haven't been to Brisbane in years but there's more tree companys here than you can poke a stick at. It's a big place. Sydney area is big, but we do like our trees. A lot of storm damage and then the drought has caused a lot of removals, but unless you saw it before, you wouldn't notice. You still here?
  11. Hello everyone, I just joined a few days ago and I've been looking around. Nice place, I should have joined sooner. There sure are a lot of Steve's here.
  12. Well I hope the judge threw it hard enough. Sometimes they can be a bit slack here, but they seem to be improving over the last few years. Good on you, Dean, I remember reading you're original post. I'm glad to hear he did the world a favor and left, pity it took so long.
  13. That was funny, even though I see something like it every day. They really need one these around here. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C_BjMWyF_tg[/ame]
  14. I told them about it, and got this. Might give you a few more ideas. http://www.ozpig.com.au/
  15. This is one I saw on a Camping forum. Just another idea.
  16. Looks good. I've seen a few things made from gas bottles on a machinery forum I used to go to, I'll see if they did one.
  17. I don't like them. The teeth are a problem and unless they've changed the handlebar doesn't adjust so it's awkard in tight areas. They aren't really a Vermeer machine. Vermeer & Praxis have some sort of deal. http://www.uspraxis.com/grinders/stump-org.htm The 13hp Rayco is the best small grinder, IMO and I have Vermeer, chipper & grinder.
