  15. if youve used the peace of land for 10 + they have to give you a certificate of lawfull use for what you have been doing on the land for the 10 yrs ,
  16. unless you can get away with using it for 10+ & no one does anything ,you could get a certifecate lof lawfuff use ,but with all the nosey folk in this world ,you would prob get stopped, planning may be difficult witth all the trees ,go see a land agent explain what you want ,he add vize you best
