  7. there is a kids forest nursery in fife, where they spend all day in the woods. excellent stuff

  10. never done much boaty stuff mick, but i would love a wee 20footer with cabin and diesel engine for fishing and adventures, i live right on the coast and our town has its own marina. every spring i go down and drool over them, then it rains all summer and i am glad i never. happy sailing mate

  12. what did you use to extract the timber to roadside. lovely job by the way. imagine every job was felling big stuff in a managed woodland.
  13. its worse when its a pine needle and you are telking to the customer:scared1: cut my finger quite badly with a silky a few weeks ago, but nothing serious ever. touch wood. had all the slapped in face stuff with branches and whacked freezing hands with chipper:sad:
  14. my wife and i were reduced to tears earlier, when they showed the last moments of little paul dying from malaria. she was holding our youngest and had to leave the room. 1 million kids a year are dying from mosketos, fiver a net will save a life. she is going to pledge s good few nets worth tomorrow.

  16. thats a grass sledge frank, it runs on tank tracks. seriously good fun. i spent a weekend pulling short stuff and his cousins up and down that hill, and put my back out for a week lol:001_smile:

  19. cheers franny, i like to let you do things for me. like a little doggy going for the papers. i could pat your little head all day, maybe even tickle behind your ear, get the old back leg going. as if you are trying to start your little k9 moped. woof woof. sit frank sit, theres a good franky boy, good franky, roll over, roll over. that'll do. now off to bed, bed, i said BED!!!!!
  20. it varies, its only if i am working in my town it comes home, otherwise i have horsey outlets aswell in diferent towns and villages. it goes in a big pile, i use it for some jobs, and generally everyone who wants some can help themselves, its good for favours and i now have a gardener who helps himself who delivers chinese meals aswell, so i get rewarded in chow mein or sweet and sour.
