  3. Doesn't really solve the matter does it. The moral argument might appear to be made but it hasn't been won. The printer has spent time and money going for the meal, perhaps not particularly wanted and the money hasn't been through the business so his figures are down and so on... Likewise the second printer; done the work, destroyed it to make a point, still down in net terms.
  4. Forestry Contractor gets asked "how's the gardening going? I suppose things quieten down at this time of year for you..."
  5. AFAIU The 600 series (600/610/620sx) were Kioritz DNA not Shindaiwa whereas as you say the 390sx/501sx are definitely Shindaiwa DNA. 70cc line - yeah that will be very interesting to watch...
  6. Slight difference between green tree surgery chip and graded dried G# chip... Lol.

  8. To get rid of it?! Right, I'll abandon my British Made ideals!!!
  9. Fair one plus E for me!
  10. Depreciation should have nothing to do with it; you paid the whole amount of VAT, you claim back 100% back on the tangiable asset. HMRC idiots
  11. Exactly. Forget negotiating, just don't do business with that chancer.
  12. You have clarified my muddled thinking there thanks:thumbup: totally trade / political union. Nonetheless the lack of support for British Made is lamentable.
  13. Customer on 7yr domestic told me not so yesterday; can't find solid info either way...
  14. RHI being as good as scrapped in January??
  15. Begs the question, what have you replaced it with?
  16. Ain't that the truth.
  17. I find I cant say "out of eu" one minute and be happy to buy imported anything the next.
  18. Buy British, that's all I'm saying.
  19. + another, love the stuff so long as it's dry...
  20. Ratchet strapping the nippers in then?!
  21. Trust mine don't either then.
  22. It was black as the ace of spades here too mate, horrible, depressing. It all mad here too mate as there was a massive underground water leak spouting out of the pavement by Crownhill fort, it was like a tsunami running back down the A386 towards the A38, then a four car pileup, crazy. The river going down the road looked funny tho.
  23. 54 reg on were the main head gasket casualties due to a faulty sensor telling the engine it was cooler than it actually was. Crank pulleys, transfer mount, prop bearing (doughnut), water ingress in rear lights, heavy on fuel, poor turning circle. I've had a few now, tough old truck despite the above. Had a double cab and now got single cab; would never have a double cab again, single or club cab only, for me that is.
  24. Good job they don't suffer from S.A.D !
