  1. Horrible. Damp, Dank, Dark and Miserable. SAD.
  2. Had a 390. Good riddance to it.
  3. It can't be shakier than a 560! You know what Mark Bolam says about the effects of the 560 lol. Reckon it will be good fun on an 18" and nuts on a 16". My 600 is crackers on a 16. Nicely balanced - definately.
  4. Elf? FMG Super Eva Forestry Harvester, before Timberjack, John deere, not Valmet.1991 | eBay
  5. Thanks for the links: I have to re-tyre all 8 on the forwarder soon; trelleborgs would cost more than the forwarder!
  6. Sorry, it's catalytic reduction of UHC's and not thermal destruction of NOx in the gaseous phase. But yes they have to be hot to work.
  7. Entracon EF60 - Forwarders, Price: £51,441, Year of manufacture: 2011 - Mascus UK
  8. Definately Trelleborgs over Nokians. Can elaborate if required.
  9. Hmmm my cat muffler does get ruddy hot, time to start thinking of a euro chimney but dunno if fits with the redpower carb...
  10. oh yes! Wolfenstein 3D lol - online I think
  11. +1 on pc
  12. By whom? UKAS accredited fuel specialist lab would be a start...
  13. I've got one of those, not as clean as that tho! Absolute torque monster, no speed just brute lugging power.
  14. All I'd say is if you are not ferrying 4 passengers i.e. 2 in the back regularly, avoid double cabs like the plague. Extra cab is the way to go.
  15. You can buy a Dol 5105 as a request from Mak dealer or from Shavey on here. Prefer the genuine red dol myself to the died the wrong colour Mak. Very good pricing on the 5105 yeah, move on from old red hp; it is mineral based, stinks horribly and isn't JASO rated for the latest saws. HP plus is semi and HP ultra full synth but pricey. Dol or Echo Power Blend is the best priced Jaso F-D oil
  16. super or ultra?
  17. Remember what Petemate390 said http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/chainsaws/30099-dolmars-uk-inc-5105-shame-its-more-than-346xp.html
  18. Hoping you're not still on standard red HP sauce?
  19. Your sentiment about the 261 followed by the 550 is mine also exactly! (550 even worse!) Get a Dolmar PS-5105 if you want a real wasp of a 50cc saw; a few on here have seen the light. Expect imminent counter attack from Sawtroll and Eddy_t. Echo CS-620sx is the Jap saw to have; CS-550 same bulk less power, CS-450 very reliable but firepower remains to be proven. Dolly 5105 - not as lithe a figure as the main 2 but makes up for it with 357 grunt in a 50cc'er; it is an absolute nutter of a saw.
  20. Yeah well the max rpm for my echo cs-600 is 12,500 but it cuts and handles lovely. Best balanced saw in the world. Not the slimmest, but the ergonomics wow. Funny how the USA who are a thousand years ahead of us UK thicko's use a certain other brand for their hotsaws more than any other; a brand derided here
  21. Nooooooooooooooooooooope!
  22. £140 difference.
  23. "Get rid of" is hardly the term Sir, sell them is more appropriate.
