  1. I,m well out of touch with airguns Stevie. The last I had was an Airarms S300 single shot precharge, deadly accurate and can be modified to fire at 30ft lbs. Swapped it for a Bruno .22 rimfire.
  2. Foresters. Tree Surgeons carry someone elses waste...... I dont like it anymore than you Dean.
  3. There are exemptions to the rule, tree surgeons are one of them. Customers have contracted you to remove their waste. I,ve really argued with the EA in the past by phone and eventually I saw their point......Its up to you really as to decide if you need one or not. As long as you can stomach the £300 fine, then carry on as you are. Or pay £150 for three years, then £90 for the next three years and when you get a pull, (which you will cos they,re clamping down) you can tell em to f off and get a proper job cos youre covered.
  4. It,s a useless bit of paper, sorry Dean........Damn, I told myself I would,nt get drawn into this thread.
  5. That looks fast, is it Johnty the ex marine from Arbtalk with the bulldog avatar ?
  6. I used to have one and used it until the novelty wore off, which was about ten minutes. They,re inaccurate and illegal to hunt with.
  7. I,ve had a go on a lockjack and I would,nt trust my life on it. After all its just a bit of machinery, would you whole heartedly trust a shotgun safety catch ?
  8. Youre going straight to hell for that one when David reads it John. On youre own head be it. Be careful, I,ve heard he,s always tooled up.
  9. Battered sausage ?
  10. Glad to hear it. Good man
  11. Stunning dogs Joe, are they youres ?
  12. Moi chin someone, perish the thought. I,m up for learning, but its probably too late for me. At first I agreed with Barney with the rythmn thing. But when I think about it, if I,d have known the VT thing when I started off all those years ago, ie: pulling hand over hand, I might not have a buggered shoulder n elbow and a bigger than left right arm. Shame my "Men of Kent" thread fell flat on its face.
  13. I,ll agree with that Barney.
  14. The chain and bar wont be far short of £100, so buy it if you want it. You cant go wrong.
  15. Nice pics Matty, two men and two days, well done.
  16. Never mind the slateing Alasdair, thats a good question..........Very good post Pete, I thought it would have taken at least a few slashes at it.
  17. I know what you mean I,d be the same, almost to the point of shame on you Mick (thinking aloud). If you chuck em to one side the manufacturer will never know there is a problem. Take em back again if youre not happy........................Try some Fabreze in youre smalls wash (tip of the day).
  18. LOL, youre pretty hot on the dobey scene I see, how do you do youre smalls lol. Take the new ones back and tell them they,ve done the same. This time get a size larger for youre replacement. Surely they can only shrink so far.
  19. About £70 from Jonesie, not sure what size it is and I aint a boffin for remembering tech stuff. I,ll look tomorrow and let you know.

  20. Yeah, and field dressings, oil bottles and Marlboro cigs strapped to youre helmet Nam style...........I,d love some Brit cammo strides.
  21. So what youre saying is he should have asked on a solicitors forum (if there is such a thing) or paid good money to a solicitor before asking someone on here with relative experience for free.
  22. Youre right in saying "Cross youre boundary again and touch my property and I,ll break youre fingers"........... Well not that harsh I suppose, but it makes you wild enough to say something like it. The cheek of it.
  23. Bleeding hell Marc that,s gonna bleed like billy O. I would have waited till its in full leaf. Although I know some people have different idea,s about it.
  24. Dont derail the derailment.Hahahahaha
