  1. I dont take supplements anymore, I used to buy this that and the other but tbh I forget to take them.
  2. Yeah the cycling has ruined my left knee but only cos I bought a saddle that was manufactured wrong and had the rails set off centre. When I bought it I was in my prime at 28 and doing 250 miles a week plus racing on a Sunday.....Oh well what's done is done and now I have to limit myself to the gym which is way easier than cycling.
  3. Yeah you gotta do legs otherwise you'll look like a 400m wheel chair champion. I bet you think different in years to come when your knee's are shagged. I dont push legs as hard as I used to but I bet I'm as strong as you at 48yr old. How old are you Martyn?
  4. Better still, get someone else to do yer pricing for ya.
  5. Nah, that smells of rogue traders.
  6. Yeah, he's one clever pigeon, he managed to write bob with his arse....
  7. Little tins of Mackerel throughout the day:thumbup1: 20gms of protein per serving (anything more will just pass through your system and be a waste) and only 60p a throw and it's real food. As a rule I take 1gm of protein per pound of body weight per day at regular intervals. Dont have a big breakfast!! Little and often is best.
  8. Rabbits survive because the are slowly becoming immune to myxomatosis. It's even been known for an infected rabbit to make a full recovery and thereby go on to breed and pass on the immunity. It,s supposedly okay to eat rabbits with myxi but the ones I've killed and left have never been touched by foxes, magpies and the like.
  9. Thats alot of money for a small dog aint it ?
  10. An army marches on it's stomach, I dont think a can of poxy soup would get em far.......Dean you can do better than that surely? Roast beef here with all the trimmings, washed down with a few beers followed by an afternoon nap.
  11. Nice one Johnny, were gonna look at his other stuff this morning. He's got another grinder for sale which I'm interested in and various other bits of kit.
  12. Frank your mum makes you wear a balaclava and vest anyway so I would'nt worry haha. My main worry is how long the AMA will last but I just read the warranty and it's for 12 months. ps is Frank Pike the inspiration behind your username? haha.

  14. I told you he looked after his gear, nice buy:thumbup1:D'ya reckon it's worth calling him to see if he's got anything else for sale?
  15. I'll work you all under the table:001_tt2:, would''nt be able to do it two days on the trot anymore though:blushing: 62, the best year for producing grafters.
  16. Are you wearing gloves Mark? I used my brand new tachyon today coupled with ap and its a bloody dream, smooth as silk. No way am I ever going back to 13mm. I'll buy the redirect off ya if ya wanna flog it........Anyhow I'm just off up the gym, see ya later..

  18. Had mine from new in 03, all I've ever had to do is service it.
  19. Dean that looks ace but I could'nt get me head round it until I did a bit of searching and thanks to zx6rob and his recent thread on asking for help in splicing I have now saved these three clips to my favourites for future reference and plan on having a go this weekend. Good thread this one, it's really inspired me to have a go:thumbup1:[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=elhb2W4jX9o]YouTube - 16 Strand Eye Splice Part 1[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jz0lVmVKwJ0&feature=related]YouTube - 16 Strand Eye Splice Part 2[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IbjftXFom0o&feature=related]YouTube - 16 Strand Eye Splice Part 3[/ame]
