  1. Think they actually do it every five years with a big truck mount MEWP and traffic lights. The fire brigade used to do it but it got too high so now a contractor does it.Looks like its due soon last time i passed.
  2. OvetonUK was the name of the supplier. They're good for taking a couple of feet off the top of a hedge with a 372 an a 28'' bar which would be back breaking!Any more than two feet an the trunk gets tangled up.
  3. I bought one.Yes it is called an easy lift, they're quite expensive-£300,but well worth it.They save your back alot whether triming a hedge or using a chiansaw on it.It actually makes doing hedges mildly enjoyable.

Mine too.But i was told by a recent(agri tractor) assessor that LANTRA tickets are not time barred any more.Anyone else heard this?
  19. You get what you pay for.But there's noting worse than an over rated over payed climber.
  20. I didn't have one of them when i started,i do now.But i always wondered when and where it was going to come from.Do what you say you are going to do for what you've said you'd do it for, leave an extremely tidy job(every job) and always repair any mishaps.Worked for me:001_cool:
  21. When 200t is put up refuelled an the oil cap not on properly,so when it comes off half way up rope covered in oil an saw has to go back down again!
