Yes level has always been just below the sight glass you think they would put the sight glass a wee bit lower if that was the true level. Just had a towball fitted so I can pull a quad trailer. Wasn't sure if it was going to work but it is great you can chip straight into the trailer and do away with lots of dragging.

Hydraulic leaks no. but just the leaky banjo beneath the tank which I think I have cured with some ptfe tape.

Yes it does? Manual says change hydraulic oil at 1000 hours its only done 500 on that oil.

Take the police or fire service they have to go through a physical fitness test before they get in is it any different for the job we do?

Cheers i'll try that.Bought it from saptec with 920hrs on it think they should have changed hydraulic oil.Done 400 ish hours with us.Servicing it this afternoon soon i'll try that.cheers for that dean:001_cool:

When I top up my 530 oil tank up with hydraulic oil even half way up the sight glass italways spues oil out the breather hole in the cap, till the level is just visible at the bottom of the sight glass. It does mention never to fill the tank with the tracks in, which I dont, its also always filled on level ground. Any solutions/ideas? Apart from anything else it makes a mess down the side of the body and tracks.

That is typical joe public for you, we get that kind of behaviour on LA jobs. This limb presumably hangs over his property does he not realise that it may have failed and come down and done serious damage to life or property!

Looked at western Digital or seagate freeagent they are cheap but does this mean cheap quality, and yes I mean gigabytes.
