  3. had my quatchip coming up a year now, great machine and im just about to get the blades ground, that 40 quid to chip for almost a yaer! i still love my 220 though, the sound of it maxed out with pop poles going through is asome lol.

  8. im Ltd as well and i pay myself holiday pay sick pay etc, but if the pots dry im the first one too loose out, swings and roundabouts!

But also remember you can claim back so i get my fuel for £1:15 yours is £1:3? i get £70 back on my advertising every month £80 on financed kit etc etc thi list goes on so although i have to work for a bit less per day to get the domestic jobs i win on the other side, every thing i buy for business I pay VAT on so i need to be in it aswell.
  11. i am vat and 50/50 domestic, commercial and i aint bothered if they like it or not, im not in busnedd to suit them. dont say plus vat include it in you price, all your domestic customers pay vat every day of the week with out knowing it.

  13. all change for me this year, have gone VAT reg and Jim (my groundie) who has been "SE" for most of last year is getting a contract of employment, no big issue really a bit of holiday pay and only statory sick pay. i dont know why people fret really, were IN BUSINESS and that what has to be done.
