  1. It's an 07 had it 3 yrs and now has 80k on it. Consider all then make a choice , modern vehicles are all trouble at times even hilux so test em all first. I will check them all out when it's time to change but would consider a navara again.
  2. Wont work in steel containers though will it.
  3. I know, I bought 2 about 18 months ago and they both snapped with in weeks! Just get silky and have done with it.
  4. I did dan and there crap too , blades made from cheese.
  5. 2to 3 m reduction will sort it and take a massive amount of end weight of those limbs. Thats if there are no underlying problems such as HCBC or other infection.
  6. There ok but that's it. Scabbard is numb and heavy and the metal part where the handle joins the blade bends v easily.
  7. I got one last year , I now have a silky again . Cheap for a reason!
  8. Dont know why I want to know that but thanks. Think we will do it.
  9. Wow didn't realise we got that much, reckon we will get close .
  10. Just checked huck 1450 with arborisk old one was near 2k thats why I sacked em I guess.
  11. You need to clear the finance before you sell it by rights as until its cleared it belong to the finance company not you or the new owner however I have sold things and paid it off with the money, depends if the nre owner is happy to do that.
  12. I guess so mine is the 2k but has 5k public 10k employers liability 25k tools and plant.
  13. That seems very cheap for arb insurance, I would check the small print very closely.
  14. You have to move with the times also even the caravan club dont roll round in knackered transits anymore!
  15. I wouldn't run an ldv ever again, shankses pony is far bettet! Compromise is the key decent van decent chipper neither have to be new but no point having bangers either.
  16. Put your 1900 down and finance a newish truck job done and get on with working, I dont buy this "no finance unless you have guaranteed contracts" nothing is guaranteed in life and business is about taking a risk now and again, its tax deducted and less hassle than an old banger. So what you don't "own" it for 5 years it earns you money and when its knackered you get a new one.......thats business. .
  17. I go every year . People who judge otheres because they dont agree with there way of life are usually deprived intellectual.
  18. I use an online system called xero it does all my invoices has live bank feeds and is accessible by my account so they do the vat etc etc on it can email customer from it as well. So simple and easy to use.
  19. Not for long though when the clutch goes like mine has twice. 550xp no contest
