  1. That,s a great offer Johny:thumbup1:...i served my time with Johny a few years back so i can say to any one looking for a few days work.....it will certainly be an education! He,s as Oldskool as you can get and knows this industry inside and out. As i have said before on here i learnt more from him than anyone i,ve ever worked for:001_smile:...Hope you find someone Mr Walker.

Been out of action since friday afternoon...Cooked myself a chicken on Thursday...was delicious and crispy on the outside but rather cold and raw on the inside...didn,t notice till i threw the bones away!...just got out of Bed after two days.Feel like i,ve been beaten up:boxing: Won,t be eating chicken for a while. UPDATE: Working with MattyF on Friday at Kew so really looking forward to that:thumbup1: and an Interview/couple of days working for a local tree firm This Monday and tuesday which would lead to a permanent job! Have to be fit for tommorow so have to stay inside(near a toilet) for today until i feel 100% It,s 28 degrees outside and i still have a slight temperature so i shall just sit in my office and admire my Banana plant!

  6. They are "Buckingham" climbing irons:thumbup1: They look to be in first class condition....Theyre not as light as Bashlins or Carbon Fibre! But they are a great Quality Spike:thumbup:

  11. No....No Funds.. this is only my third week of earning as self employed. I only had one pound three weeks ago:lol:..Athread is all this is at the moment..Right now i,m anticipating the birth of my first Grandchild....and doing various climbing jobs and have had some very nice offers from a few very kind people including MattyF:thumbup1: nice one! So yeah some kind of media thin g would be cool ..i am a working Arborist again and my time is taken up Grafting:001_smile: Keep it in the Piple line cos i,m well up for it...Just have to get my priorities right and at this moment it means Tree work...as much as i can get:001_rolleyes:
