  3. It is quick....and first time through ends up like green dust.....
  4. Well in that case Jon me old mucker, I best get back in gear!:) when I started this thread I gathered together all my experiences from the previous 18 years and that is who I have been on here.......Now I am learning from the last 2 years on here.i have taken the negatives and positives...seperated the wheat from the chaff and from now on I am going to achieve the best I can for myself and those around me. I am with a company that gives me thw freedom to input anything that I feel can develop a young company which I know I can do. We are gaining work and are seeking out a new yard with further plans to take on an apprentice....one crucial part of a successful tree firm is the all important "Tip Site" and my favourite as you know is my good friend Josephs.i have been there a lot recently to see his new toy...A Gandini Mega Shredder! 4 rows of large hammers deal with whatever hits that conveyer...sounds like an aircraft building up the revs!
  5. I could never claim to be the man Reg is!...but I know I share the same passion he does...it was a high point meeting him.i am lucky to have met some great people because of my thread and as it rolls towards half a million views it will continue to be a big part of my life!
  6. Communications finally broke down for good a couple of months ago and after exactly five years to the day it ended between Me and Mrs Fox...she gave me an ultimatum that she wanted me to move back to London where we could get a flat together.Although a very traditional Filipina she was a Londoner with a British passport for 14 years and it is where she needs to live....but it's not for me and now I have accepted that the relationship is over and I have to get over it....which I have. But I didn't share this as some things are of such a personal naturw that out of respect to what we had kept it quiet until now...nuff said...I am a realist and always looking to the future with full positivity! Felt crappy for a few months but am now 100% and still hoping to make 2014 the Year of the Fox!
  7. I wear size 11's normally but found Airstreams 10 and a half to be a perfect fit.
  8. Great job Ian...is that a new grab attatchment?
  9. Definately a result!
  10. Like IC Trees I have been in Awe at Fred's Steeplejacking antics and steam engines love of the Victorians engineering etc...and the mine in his Garden..I'll watch anything he's in just cos he had such Passion in what he loved doing!

  18. He will be soon Jon;) will explain soon. Just had my first week of work in a while so things are looking up! At last....not a great summer emotionally....but I am a very determined man as you know Plogs....so, all good.
  19. Its great...so much character...painting it next week and adding a perspex window at the rear....
  20. Gray git uses similar...I prefer without...just short quick hand over hand with help of a pantin.
  21. Well Jon...I have just been to see my friends latest purchase....he paid £1, 500 and it is fully functional..he wants to do it up...62 hp so not bad for a 1971 tractor that will power a log splitter and have a grab on the front.
