When i started this thread i was almost at rock bottom and had almost completely lost my identity....i am now back to my old self...only Supercharged.

Great mood in the camp right now...and the night crew have almost completed their job.

I had a small trackside dismantle to do last week and using my E-saw i could here the trains coming from a long way off..and they past us every 20 minutes or so.

It is amazing how good weather and being able to appreciate nature around you soothes your spirit..

After six days on this site this would be our last.A couple of hundered trees to lift allowing some machines to do earth works.A pleasent enough Golf Course in Northumberland with warm sunny weather everday and every type of cutting device.I chose petrol power.

I'm waking up much earlier these days...between 4 and 5 a.m without the alarm clock.So i get to work early and watch the Sun rising over the sea

Not really posted a Sunset image before...i'm more of a Sunrise man but last night the Cathedral did look Magbificant bathed in the last of the Sun's rays....and pretty much matched my mood.Starting to really feel the benefits of healthy eating...and all the Sunny weather has definately given everyone at work a boost...

Postitivity and Enthusiasm is highly contageous in my opinion and i like to think i spread it...i call it,"The Silky Effect" it is more powerful than Kryptonite!😆😆😆 But seriously....i find positivity requires little or no energy so its not rocket science to see how that can be a benefit in life.
