  1. the removal of about 60 regen alder,sycamore,hawthorn was in a garden covered by tpo so the pine were to remain, all stumps ground out, it was a good wee job the clients were brilliant
  2. Not been in spence for years they never use to do arb gear might now though, were very expensive. Alpha plus in livingston used to do arb gear but never had much, deal with clarkes or fr jones both brilliant companies to deal with, the stuff is with you the next day and im sure if its not right you can send it back.

  6. we occasionally use to do chin ups at the judo/Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu by throwing your gi (jacket) over the bars so you had to really grip to pull up and it was sport specific. But now i grip cups of tea and the remote for the tv thats enough for me, as stevie says though diet is sooo important a proper balance of protien and carbs, i stick to chips and eggs

  23. there was a video of mini digger on here with a grab and rotator pulling a trailer into extract wood, they then loaded the digger on to the back of the same trailer and towed the whole unit home. looked quite handy:thumbup1:
