  9. Cheers, I had a 1.7 before peter but had a bad one so it's put me off that engine, but the rest of the van was great, was your one the Isuzu engine?

  18. is that for strengthening your kneck? i use to work with a training partner and get them to hold a towel whilst its around your head and give a bit of resistance whilst doing repetative movement. Or do isometrics for neck strength using my hands, check out some of erik paulsons stuff he does loads of good drills. hes a funny guy as well

Excellent I found that tyre dragging and short sprints worked my cardio much better than road running, I use to run loads when I boxed and also run marathons but I felt fitter when I changed to explosive sprints. Good luck in April if it goes ahead. My mate was just awarded his black belt in bjj, quite an achievement I'm sure you will agree:thumbup:
  24. Good for you:thumbup1: What's your percentage split on technique and conditioning, i always done too much technique and not enough conditioning i would then end up being too gassed to pull most out the bag!! Fun times
